Your trainer will help guide you nutritionally, will help you with your fitness routine outside of the training session, and will take you though a progressive training regimen that is specifically designed for you, because every one is unique and requires a different training routine.

As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics.
